Project Management Methodology

This course prepares participants to acquire strong project management competencies under the project management framework of the Project Management Institute. Participants will be able to develop a management methodology according to the best practices published in the 5th. Version of PMBoK® contemplating their processes from start to closing, so that they can more efficiently manage their projects.
The training will be based on the best practices recognized worldwide and established by the PMI in its publication “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide). It will also include topics of Professional Ethics and Cultural Diversity, which are increasingly important elements in projects with multicultural teams.
For each theme presented the pedagogical scheme will be:
· Explanation of the concepts related to the topic.
· Presentation of scenarios where the instructor turns his experience on the issues in the area of knowledge. These cases will serve as an illustration of the issues discussed and as a basis for an enlightening debate on them. In some cases, exercises will be presented that will have to be solved at the moment by the assistants.
· Elaboration of the conclusions of the topic and space for questions and answers
· It will work along the course with a case so as to apply the concepts learned.
